How can I find out if my physician or which Physicians accept financing?
If you have a chosen physician, simply fill out the physician's full name and telephone number in your application. If the physician is not a current member of the finance program, our account representatives will contact the physician's office and set up your financing for you. If you do not have a chosen physician, our representatives will arrange a free consultation with a board certified surgeon in your local area. What are the monthly payment plans?
