Approval Procedures

Once your application is approved, SurgeryLoans.com will need some additional information to process your loan. Since SurgeryLoans.com provides funds directly to your provider, our loan representative will need to know the name of your surgeon, anesthesiologist and surgical facility. We will also need to know the date of your scheduled surgery. You may call your loan representative with this information immediately.

You may download your loan documents from the SurgeryLoans.com website or your loan representative can mail them to you for completion. Completing and returning your loan documents in a timely manner will ensure that you have your surgery as scheduled.

SurgeryLoans.com must receive your completed loan documents no later than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery. Since most physicians require advance payment for their services, it is crucial that we receive your loan documents in time to process payment.

Loan approvals are valid for a limited time.

In most cases, it is preferable for a family member to co-sign the loan, but SurgeryLoans.com also accepts non-relative co-signers on approved credit.
